The Global Fred Award & Certification (GFA & GFC) is an international recognition and evaluation program initiated by Fred Global Consulting Co. in Vancouver, Canada, in 2020.

Objectives
The Global Fred Award & Certification (GFA & GFC) pursues several key objectives aimed at promoting positive global impact. It seeks to recognize outstanding contributions by honoring organizations and individuals who demonstrate long-term influence, credible qualifications, and societal value across various fields.
The program also aims to build a global recognition and certification system by establishing an internationally credible platform that enhances the visibility and credibility of recognized organizations and individuals. At the same time, it promotes international exchange and cooperation, encouraging dialogue and collaboration among countries, regions, industries, and institutions.
Selection Process
To ensure objectivity and credibility, the Global Fred Award & Certification (GFA & GFC) adopts a systematic and transparent evaluation framework. The process begins with Global Nomination, allowing candidates from different regions and industries to be proposed. Public Information Verification is then conducted to confirm the authenticity of candidates’ achievements, qualifications, and backgrounds.
Next, Systematic Quantitative Scoring evaluates candidates based on defined criteria for recognition and certification. The results are further assessed through GFA & GFC Member Voting and Professional Evaluation and Review by experienced experts and judges. Finally, Global Media Coverage shares outstanding achievements with the international community and enhances the transparency of the program.
Standards Committee
The GFA & GFC Standards Committee is composed of senior experts, scholars, and industry authorities from a wide range of professional fields across multiple countries and regions. The committee brings together individuals with extensive experience in academia, industry, and international cooperation, ensuring that the standards reflect diverse perspectives and professional expertise.
It is responsible for conducting research, formulating, reviewing, and revising various standards related to the Global Fred Award and Global Fred Certification.
