This award is open to Individuals of various types of companies, public service departments, covering organizations of different sizes and industries, including but not limited to technology, manufacturing, services, and non-profit organizations. Eligible leaders should drive comprehensive development and efficient operations within their organizations.

Leadership Style: Nominated Individuals must demonstrate an effective leadership style, capable of inspiring and influencing team members while promoting collaboration and effective communication.
