Open to software developers, engineers, researchers, project maintainers, technology organizations, non-profit communities, academic teams, and other contributors who have played a significant role in open-source development. Eligible nominees may contribute through code development, project maintenance, documentation, community leadership, security improvement, technical education, governance, or the creation of widely used open-source tools and frameworks. Nominees should demonstrate a clear commitment to open collaboration, accessibility, and long-term technological impact.
