Holding a PhD from Pace University and with 11 years of overseas research experience, he is Vice Dean of the School of AI at Beijing Institute of Technology, a recipient of the National Young Talent Program, and one of the world’s top 2% scientists.

Atanas Georgiev is honored with the Global Fred Award for International Excellence Contribution for his 20+ years of dedication to international documentaries and achievements across creation, judging and education. As a multi-role professional (director, producer, editor), top film festival judge and university distinguished professor, he is a benchmark figure in documentaries. His participated work “Honeyland” won three Sundance awards and two Oscar nominations, becoming a model of artistic and social value integration.

Professor Zhen Xu receives the Global Fred Award for International Excellence Contribution for his groundbreaking work in urban building cluster seismic resilience and global disaster risk reduction. Holding a Tsinghua University Civil Engineering PhD with Stanford University research experience, he is Dean of University of Science and Technology Beijing’s School of Future Urban Studies, a National "Ten-Thousand Talents Program" Young Top-notch Talent, and a 2025 world’s top 2% scientist.

Professor Li Yuan is the recipient of the Global Fred Award for AI Education Outstanding Contributor, recognized for his pioneering contributions to AI and cybersecurity education, global talent cultivation, and the advancement of international standards. He is a Professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Beijing Academy of Governance, a Distinguished Young Backbone Teacher in Beijing, and holds key expert roles including Technical Guidance Expert for the 45th WorldSkills Cybersecurity Competition. He has built a global education model integrating international standards with local practice, led major internationalized training initiatives, and made significant academic and research contributions aligned with the mission of the Global Fred Award.

Ambassador Sinisa Berjan is awarded the Global Fred Award for International Excellence Contribution for his profound diplomatic experience and outstanding cross-border leadership. Since taking office as Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ambassador to China in January 2024, he has been committed to advancing global diversified cooperation, deepening China-BiH bilateral relations, and building exchange bridges between BiH and the world.
