Global Fred Certification Innovation

Global Fred Certification (GFC) is an international certification program initiated by Fred Global Consulting Co. It encompasses three core certifications: the International Business Comprehensive Strength (IBCS) certification, the AI Application Strength (AIAS) certification and the International Occupation Comprehensive Strength(IOCS).

The IBCS certification standard is designed to offer comprehensive strength evaluations and certification services for enterprises engaged in or intending to engage in global business. In a market filled with numerous certification bodies that often focus on specific aspects, it is challenging for international clients and partners to acquire a comprehensive understanding of a company’s overall capabilities. The IBCS certification overcomes this hurdle through a meticulously crafted, all-encompassing evaluation standard. It assesses companies from multiple perspectives, such as government licenses, international and domestic certifications, financial ratings, and awards and honors. This multi-faceted approach guarantees that the certification outcomes are both systematic and highly reliable. In contrast to traditional fragmented assessment methods, the IBCS certification employs a global standard, ensuring fair and unbiased recognition of a company’s performance across diverse markets, thereby facilitating businesses in attaining the trust and recognition of their customers and partners.

The AIAS certification, on the other hand, focuses on evaluating a company’s artificial intelligence application capabilities. In today’s era of rapid technological advancement, the role of AI in business cannot be overstated. The AIAS certification scrutinizes various aspects related to AI, including the construction of AI-related teams, the execution of AI projects for clients, the satisfaction levels of clients and partners regarding AI initiatives, the impact of AI on internal work efficiency and quality, enterprise data management for AI, the utilization of AI in major decisions, the management of AI-related ethics and social responsibility, the research, development, and innovation in AI applications, the security and reliability of AI applications, and the contribution of AI-related achievements to the industry. This comprehensive evaluation framework enables a detailed and accurate assessment of a company’s AI application strength, providing valuable insights for both the company itself and its stakeholders.

The GFC - IOCS certification standard is designed to offer comprehensive strength evaluations and certification for individuals in the global job market. Amid a complex international employment scene with fragmented assessment systems, it's tough for international employers and partners to fully grasp an individual's capabilities. GFC - IOCS overcomes this with its all - inclusive evaluation. It assesses individuals across multiple aspects. Educational background, including degree levels, major relevance, and school reputation, is evaluated. Work experience is examined through cross - border work tenure, industry expertise, and project impacts. Professional skills cover technical proficiency and international certifications. AI application ability is judged by learning, practical projects, and work integration. Cross - cultural skills consider language, adaptability, and teamwork. Personal qualities like leadership, learning, innovation, and health are also part of the assessment. Additionally, career planning, network resources, adaptability, and ethics are taken into account.
